Natalie has been a Real Estate Professional since 2002 in one of the most competitive markets in the country. Currently, she is the owner and Broker of Dominant Properties, LLC, with a track record full of accolades and achievements in her field.
She launched her real estate career as a Realtor with Liberty Realty in Jersey City. Then, in 2006, The Marketing Directors recruited Natalie where she quickly became a leading salesperson and was promptly awarded a large scale sales project with one of New Jersey’s top developers. Natalie had an impressive first year with The Marketing Directors earning herself the “Rookie of the Year” award in 2007. With determination and fortitude, Natalie has continued to achieve a high level of recognition in her industry, including nominations for Sales Person of the Year at the NJ Builder’s Association SAM Awards multiple times.
In late 2008, Natalie was promoted to Manager of Sales at a Luxury condominium community featuring over 430 homes along the Gold Coast. Natalie has led her sales team to win the NJ SAM award for the #1 Sales Team 2 years in row, as well as the “Silver” at the Nationals in Las Vegas. Natalie’s work ethic is consistent. She has been a member of the “Million Dollar Club” since 2007 when her sales topped $25 million. She achieves high designation in the Circle of Excellence nearly every year since.
In June of 2014, with a partner, Natalie opened JCity Realty, LLC, and it quickly became one of the leading real estate agencies in Hudson County. Her clients respect and appreciate the extra experience and effort she puts forth and they continue to support her with each new and exciting venture!
